Meet Martin

Before entering Parliament, Martin was the Victorian Branch Secretary of the National Union of Workers.

Martin decided to run for Parliament as an extension of his lifelong commitment to bettering the lives of working people.

The priorities Martin has for his community are to create a more liveable community, with better education offerings, transport connections, and health care.

Martin’s vision for Victoria’s future is that kids from every background can aspire to a well-paid job in a diverse modern economy. He wants future generations to live in a society where they can pursue their passions, be themselves, and feel confident in a safe and secure future.

The areas of public policy that he is most passionate about are economic development of the regions, education, innovation, skills development, sport, arts and culture.
