Belinda Wilson

Meet Belinda

Prior to entering Parliament, Belinda worked in government and business, and raised her three children.

Belinda is passionate about education, good local jobs, and mental health. She wants to ensure every family has access to good quality, local schools. Belinda's time on school councils led her to consider the positive impact she could have advocating for local schools in Parliament. This is what prompted her to run for Parliament.

The main passions and priorities Belinda has as a member of Parliament are education, jobs, healthcare, and public transport. Belinda enjoys being involved in the local community and is looking forward to advocating for issues that are important to her electorate. She is passionate about working with Victoria’s First Nations Peoples to continue on the path to a just treaty and truth telling process.
