Mountain Gate Primary School
Mr TAYLOR (Bayswater) (12:40): It was great to visit Mountain Gate Primary School recently and be shown around by captains Jack and Grace and principal Cheryl Sampson, and to acknowledge student achievement at one of the assemblies with the Gaters. It was great also to hear from all the students about how they would improve their community for the better—more art, more PE—and some subtle advocacy for some school improvements, including a woodfired pizza oven, which seemed to be the big-ticket item of the day. Great school, great culture—I am proud to back them in.
