Bayside police station

Mr NEWBURY: On Saturday night the 24-hour Bayside police station was closed. No services were available to my community despite the latest crime data showing an increase in aggravated burglary in Brighton. My community knows that the Bracks Labor government’s closure of the Brighton police station, announced in the 2007–08 budget, was wrong. Labor must commit to a new Brighton police station.
