The Clerk: Pursuant to section 27E of the Financial Management Act 1994, I present the 2023–‍24:

(a) budget paper 2, ‘Strategy and Outlook’;

(b) budget paper 3, ‘Service Delivery’; and

(c) budget paper 5, ‘Statement of Finances’ (incorporating quarterly financial report 3).
