The duplication of the Western Highway between Ararat and Buangor has dragged on with a noticeable lack of progress. My understanding is that the previous planning permit lapsed and a new one was required, with a cultural heritage study needed for the road construction to progress. My question to the minister is: when can we expect to see that cultural heritage study completed?
