James NEWBURY (Brighton) (12:58:348:): The Rotary Club of Brighton recently hosted their 13th Great Australia Day Swim at Middle Brighton Pier. This year saw 900 swimmers register. Thank you to the 75 Rotarians, family members and friends and 70 lifesavers from the Brighton Life Saving Club who volunteered their time to make the event happen. The event raised a whopping $50,000 for charity. Congratulations to Stuart McIntyre and the Rotary team on another significant event.
